This privacy policy explains what personal data TONAYR SAS (trading as AURAKA Studio, "AURAKA", "we", "us") collects when you visit auraka.studio, install one of our Google Play apps (Maze Slash, Flush Drop, Sweapz Inc., Burger Punch) or one of our Apple App Store apps (Flush Drop, Calame, Sweapz Inc.); how we use that data; and the rights you have over it. We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), Google Play's User Data policy, and Apple's App Store privacy guidelines.
1. Data controller
The data controller for any personal data processed through this website and through our apps — Maze Slash, Flush Drop, Sweapz Inc., Burger Punch, Calame and any other AURAKA-branded title — is:

AURAKA Studio is the developer / trading name under which TONAYR publishes its games and apps on Google Play and the Apple App Store. Full publisher information is available on the legal notice page.
2. Data we collect on this website
- Anonymous usage analytics — page views, referrer, country, device type and screen size. No cookies are used to identify you personally.
- Contact form submissions — when you message us, we receive the name, email and content you provide. This is used solely to reply.
- Server logs — IP address, user agent and timestamp, retained for a maximum of 30 days for security and abuse prevention.
3. Data collected by our apps
Each AURAKA Studio app — including those on Google Play (Maze Slash, Flush Drop, Sweapz Inc., Burger Punch) and on the Apple App Store (Flush Drop, Calame, Sweapz Inc.) — declares its own specific data practices in its store listing (the "Data safety" section on Google Play and the "App Privacy" section on the App Store). The principles below apply across all our apps:
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not collect data we do not need to operate the app.
- None of our Google Play apps (Maze Slash, Flush Drop, Sweapz Inc., Burger Punch) require an account to play. They do not collect contacts, photos, precise location, or financial data, and they do not share personal data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes outside of the ad-mediation networks listed below.
- Our games may use anonymised crash reports and aggregated gameplay analytics to fix bugs and balance difficulty.
- Some Apple apps use Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework to ask before any third-party tracking occurs.
- Apps that show ads integrate ad-mediation networks (listed in our app-ads.txt file). Their privacy policies apply when their ads are shown.
4. Legal bases for processing
We rely on the following legal bases under GDPR:
- Consent — for optional analytics and marketing communications.
- Legitimate interest — for fraud prevention, server-log security and aggregate product analytics.
- Contract performance — to deliver the features you sign up for inside an app.
5. Cookies
The auraka.studio website does not set any tracking cookie by default. The only storage we use is a small, first-party preference for the cookie banner choice itself, when applicable.
6. Sharing of data
We share data only with service providers strictly necessary to operate the service:
- Hosting provider for serving the website.
- Email provider for contact form delivery.
- Apple / Google for app distribution and crash reporting where the user has consented.
- Ad-mediation partners when an app shows ads (each is listed in our app-ads.txt).
We never sell personal data to third parties.
7. International transfers
Some service providers are located outside the European Economic Area. We ensure transfers are protected by standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards as required by the GDPR.
8. Retention
Contact form messages are kept for the time strictly necessary to handle your request and up to 24 months for follow-up correspondence. Server logs are kept for 30 days. App-related data retention is described in each app's specific privacy notice on its App Store page.
9. Your rights
You may at any time request:
- Access to your personal data.
- Correction or deletion of inaccurate data.
- Restriction of, or objection to, processing.
- Portability of the data you provided to us.
- Withdrawal of consent for any consent-based processing.
Send any request to hello@auraka.studio. We respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority (CNIL in France).
10. Children
Our website is not directed to children under 13. Our apps — Maze Slash, Flush Drop, Sweapz Inc., Burger Punch and Calame — target a general audience and are not intended for children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age of digital consent in the user's country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact hello@auraka.studio and we will delete it.

We may update this policy occasionally. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced on the home page.
